There are 3 major factors that determine how long it will take to sell your home. The price, The Market conditions, and How we market your home.The price of your home can be set right on the money, but if it is not marketed correctly, it will take longer to sell
If the market conditions are not right (slow market), we can price your home and market it effectively, but with the possibility of little or no results
If we market your home correctly, but the price is not right, we will see a longer sale time.
Generally, homes in Abbotsford are selling within 50 to 80 days. There are exceptions to this. Homes that are underpriced sell in a matter of days, homes that are overpriced or unique take a longer period to sell.
