Selling without a Realtor®
You are among a small number of property owners who, for various reasons, would like to sell your home without using a Realtor® and paying a real estate sales commission. I understand.That's why I have taken the time to assemble the following information to alert you to certain procedures and services about which you should be familiar. I hope this information will be helpful to you.
The job of selling your home can be a pleasant experience. You will have to sacrifice vacations and weekends for a while, and you'll probably get some appointments where the people just don't show up. Just know this is all part of the process. It's normal.
Why am I doing this? Because I believe in sharing. I believe that you should help people out, I really don't want to see you undersell your property. Perhaps the possibility exists that you may recommend me to your friends, neighbors and associates if they wish to utilize the services of a Realtor®.
Or, if you're purchasing another home and it's listed with a Realtor®, you may want me to represent you as a "Buyer's Agent." It won't cost you because the seller has already agreed to pay.
Or, you may have people looking at your home who do not wish to buy your specific property. Perhaps they would like to be referred to a Realtor® who can show them other homes. I would appreciate the referral opportunity to assist them.
